She also holds a Certificate in Animal Care, and has taken and passed both the Nationally Proficient Exam and the practical Non-Sporting Dog Exam. A few simple things that keep every visit safe, fair and stress-free — for your dog, for you, and for Chloe.
Cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule, so the appointment can be offered to another dog. A late-notice cancellation fee may apply.
Matted coats
Heavily matted coats take extra time and care, and an additional matting charge may apply. Your dog's comfort always comes first — severe matting may need to be clipped short.
Fleas
Please make sure your dog is up to date with flea treatment before their appointment. If fleas are found, an additional treatment charge may apply to protect other pets in the salon.
Dangerous or aggressive dogs
For everyone's safety, please let us know in advance if your dog has shown aggressive behaviour. Grooming may need to be stopped if a dog becomes a danger to themselves or the groomer.
Owner attendance & daycare
Dogs are groomed best without their owners present. A daycare add-on of $5 per dog applies if your dog is dropped off 1+ hour early or picked up 1+ hour late.

We love showing off our work. Photos and videos of your groomed dog may be used on our website and social media — just let us know if you'd prefer we didn't.
